Vintage 80s California Concepts Party Dress: Glittery midnight blue, stretchy fabric, attached slip/lining, spaghetti straps, straight chest line, low V-line in the back, draped/gathered sides and lower chest center, asymmetrical hem, shorter in front than back.
Made in USA.  Clean.
Tag reads Size M. That is vintage size.
